T-Pain Cuts Off Dreadlocks

T-Pain has gone through a metamorphosis both in his career and personal life. The rapper-singer has cut off his dreadlocks and he shared his new hairdo with his fans on Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.

A photo shows T-Pain in a chair as a masked beauty begins the process of cutting his dreads off one by one. The next image reveals a bag filled with his locks. In the final photo, we see a bespectacled ‘Bartender’ creator wearing a hat, which hides his new ‘do.

 

“We must all learn to adjust with our surroundings. Those who get stuck doing the same things for too long are bound to get left behind the strong who press on and reinvent themselves. Also. Good news. Hair grows back,” he writes in a caption on the photo.

On Twitter, T-Pain also announced the title of his fifth album. “The name of my album is ‘Stoicville: The Phoenix,’” he tweeted. “To me, a Phoenix represents new beginnings. A new era. A new life. I’m rising from the ashes.”
