The reality TV beauty, who had opted for a simple
dress and blazer to cover her growing baby bump, nearly fell victim to
exposing herself when a gust of wind blew up her dress.
However,
Kim, who had accessorized her outfit with a black bag and a pair of
flat black sandals, the
32-year-old mother-to-be, who was accused of using Botox in a magazine
report the same day, was quick to pat down her dress with her hand. The
save came despite the shocked look on Kim's face when the incident
happened.
The reality star did a fantastic job of preserving her modesty
as she walked across the road and knowing – as she does – that camera
lens are always trailed on her, she ensured that there wasn’t anything
private for the photographers to see.
