Suge Knight may need
to check his priorities. On Thursday (Feb. 21), the Death Row founder
was supposed to appear in court, he never went, but popped up at the AV
Club in Los Angeles with Snoop Dogg, of all people, that night.
Knight was supposed to attend the hearing late last week because he
has two traffic violations on record. In 2011 and 2012, he was
reportedly charged with driving without a license. Because he played
hooky from court last week, two warrants equaling $5,000 and $30,000
have been issued for the Compton native.
The entrepreneur has
famously had his share of legal problems — ranging from assault to drug
possession charges. Currently he’s on unsupervised probation, so we have
no idea why he’d skip court but make it a point to hit the nightspot
with Snoop on Thursday.
Last week, the two snapped a shot together while at the AV Club and it landed on Snoop’s Instagram with this as a caption: “N d club wit Suge miss those death row days!”
The strangest thing about all of this is the fact that Snoop and Suge haven’t even been cordial in years.
