He may be excellent with a football, but when it comes to fashion Cristiano Ronaldo doesn’t always get it quite right. And
on Monday the Real Madrid star decided to show off a new look as he
received the Trofeo Di Stéfano for 2011-12 - Marca's annual prize for
the best player in La Liga.
However
no one was looking at his trophy, instead it was his wet-look locks and
bizarre shaved stripe along one side of his head that had people
talking.
The 28-year-old dressed in his typically
flamboyant style for the ceremony, opting to wear a shiny purple blazer
with black lapels. Beneath that the Portuguese
international wore a crisp white shirt, with a pair of faded blue jeans,
his favourite Gucci belt and smart pointy black shoes. While
his outfit was somewhat confused, it was nothing compared to his head
on which there was at least three different styles going on.
he sides had been shaved, while on top he had wet-look spikes, which is a look favored by pop stars from the nineties. But the final and strangest touch was the short stripe shaved into just one side of his hair. It
wasn’t just his hair that raised eyebrows at the ceremony though, as
after picking up his prize he was questioned about whether he was happy
at Real Madrid.
According to reports what followed was an awkward silence as he offered no comment.
While
he may not be too happy on the pitch, off the pitch things seems to be
going from strength to strength with his girlfriend Irina Shayk.
Thank you for the auspicious writeup. It in fact was a amusement account it.
