Cristiano Ronaldo has vowed to stay at
Real Madrid and continue to fight for trophies despite the club once
again falling short in the Champions League.
The
Spanish side were last night knocked out at the semi-final stage by
Borussia Dortmund, the second time in two years they have fallen in the
last four.
It is now
thought the Portuguese will not lead them into next season’s campaign
after he strongly hinted he wants to return to England, with Chelsea
mentioned as potential suitors.
There
are suggestions, too, that Ronaldo will follow his compatriot out of
the door, with reports in France claiming his agent has met with
representatives of Paris Saint-Germain.
Ronaldo,
who is yet to renew the deal he signed when he moved to the Spanish
capital from Manchester United for a record £80million in 2009, insists
he isn't considering a move.
He said: 'I have two years of contract and I’m not worried about my renewal.'
Despite their European exit and shortcomings in La Liga, Real still have the chance at silverware on offer before then. Ronaldo
believes if they have the same desire shown against the Germans when
they face Atletico Madrid in the Copa del Rey final on May 17 the result
will be different.
But...i want cristiano ronaldo back to MAN UTD........
