Jay Z is said to be at the end of his tether with protégée Rihanna. The rapper runs Roc Nation, the label to which Rihanna is signed and has repeatedly warned her about her behavior and especially about her poor time keeping of late.
A source told Look magazine: "Jay Z is at the end of his tether. Despite numerous interventions with Rihanna and intense heart-to-heart meetings, Jay Z despairs that she isn't taking his advice seriously."
"But there are only so many times you can tell someone something, and they ignore you, before you stop. It's hard for him as he loves Ri dearly and wants to help her, but she won't listen right now."
Reports also suggest that Jay Z was hoping to have time to have a face to face chat with Rihanna whilst they were both in attendance at Wireless festival recently although it is unclear whether or not this actually took place.

These new claims come after an earlier incident where Roc Nation actually issued her with a written warning about her behavior although it seems to be falling on deaf ears with Rihanna still constantly showing up late for performances when in some cases fans have paid hundreds of pounds for tickets.
