Chris Brown won't face charges over an alleged nightclub assault in Anaheim, Calif. two months ago. According to TMZ, Anaheim City Attorney reviewed and subsequently rejected Deanna Gines' case last week, citing insufficient evidence.
Gines, 24, switched up her motivation, first asking for an apology, then threatening a lawsuit.
She claims Breezy, also 24, shoved her to the ground and injured her knee inside Heat Ultra Lounge. Surveillance footage of Gines walking without injury after the incident, and a statement from the club owner disproved the allegations. Brown also denied the run-in.

The singer, who usually comments on his legal troubles via Twitter, hasn't responded to the victory yet. Instead, Brown's been tweeting about his performance on NBC's Today show this Friday (Aug. 23), and forthcoming album 'X' release.
Nonetheless, Gines isn't backing down. She still plans to sue.
