Kim Kardashian has been pictured stepping out for the first time since giving birth. The new mother, her daughter North West and the baby's daddy Kanye West were recently spotted in a medical facility in Los Angeles.
In some pictures obtained by TMZ, the reality star is seen wearing a baggy shirt and black pants. A jacket is tied around her waist. Kanye also dresses in casual style, opting for a blue hoodie and black pants. He carries a big bag with him. The couple looks happy and healthy. North West is carried by a nanny with a white blanket covering her car seat.
Kim recently was reported not going to show up in public before "getting back to 115 pounds." A source told Us Weekly that Kim was "extremely self-conscious about her current body." The source added, "Kim said when she comes out and gets photographed for the first time she wants to look hot, hot, hot." With the help of a trainer, Kim reportedly has lost 30lbs.
"The weight is not coming off as quickly ... she plateaued ... this is the hard part now," the source said. "Kanye has been supportive and there for her, but this is more about Kim being inside her head and obsessed. She's always complaining about her size. She says she hates the way she looks and won't go out again until she is skinnier," the source explained further.
