Beanie Sigel is checking in from the Federal Detention Center in Philadelphia with recently released photographs. Currently serving his 2-year sentence for tax evasion, the rapper is also slated to serve 6 to 23 months for drug possession.
Sigel, born Dwight Grant, was found in illegal possession of the prescription drug Percocet back in August 2012 -- just two weeks after receiving his tax evasion charge -- after being pulled over by police. He was also in possession of codeine along with $4,600 in cash. A loaded handgun was found in the vehicle as well.
