Baby With Swollen Head Offered Free Medical Help

As earlier reported, Roona Begum suffers from Hydrocephalus, also known as water on the brain, but her poverty-stricken parents had been unable to afford hospital care for their sickly daughter. Thankfully a medical group have now stepped in and offered to pay for treatment.
It is hoped that surgeons will be able to gradually drain the build-up of cerebrospinal fluid in Roona’s skull. The baby, from Agartala, north eastern India, will receive the medical care thanks to the intervention of healthcare group Fortis.

310,000 children in the third world are born with Hydrocephalus each year.

Those keen to give money to save children dying of preventable causes can do so by visiting www.uk.cure.org

  2. The arrival of a baby brings forth a lot of excitement and you get all excited about buying new stuff for the baby. Among all the items that you by for your child, baby bedding is extremely important because your baby is likely to spend the maximum time lying in the cot on the baby bedding for the first few months.
