Chris Brown's legal troubles continue to get worse. The singer has been hit with a lawsuit by Sha'Keir Duarte, cousin of Frank Ocean, stemming from a brawl that occurred between the two artists and their entourages in a Los Angeles parking lot this past January.
Duarte is suing Brown for unspecified damages, claiming Brown's bodyguard "Hood" badly beat him during the incident. He also claims Brown egged his bodyguard on, encouraging him to "get that n*****." Duarte says he suffered at least a dozen kicks to the body and several to the head, claiming the beat-down left him permanently disabled.
Says Duarte, when it was over, he heard Brown yell, "you got your a** beat and it's all on camera."
Breezy's legal team, presumably, hopes that's not true. In fact, the singer's rep released a statement to TMZ saying, "Chris Brown does not employ anybody named 'Hood'."
There has been no comment from Ocean about the lawsuit. The singer decided not to press charges against Brown a few weeks after the incident, which reportedly could have escalated to a hate crime after Brown allegedly called Ocean a "f*gg**."

Ocean has, however, made his opinion of Brown clear in the press.
