Mase Takes Issue With Diddy Over DJ Khaled’s Song ‘I Feel Like Pac/I Feel Like Biggie’

When DJ Khaled, Diddy, T.I., Meek Mill, Rick Ross and Swizz Beatz song ‘I Feel Like Pac/I Feel Like Biggie’ dropped. Former Bad Boy artist Mase was not too pleased.

Mase posted a photo on Instagram of the Notorious B.I.G hours after the track’s release. The accompanying caption said, “N—- sold you out BIG. I hate the way your legacy has been watered down. I don’t have to be from BK. Let him rest #Respect.

If this was aimed at Diddy, the post marks another setback in the two’s relationship. Mase and Diddy were at odds over contractual issues, leading up to the former’s announcement that he was no longer signed to Bad Boy in December 2012.

It looked like Diddy and Mase reconciled at Drake’s OVO Fest over the summer. The two performed together for the first time in 15 years.

Mase’s acclaimed ‘Harlem World’ was released only a few months after Biggie — real name Christopher Wallace — was gunned down in Los Angeles on March 9, 1997.

Khaled explains the reasoning behind the name-drops at the end of the track: “How you going to compare yourself to greatness if you ain’t ready to be great man?
